Zahedi date is another type of date in Iran.
This fruit is yellow in the prickly stage, light brown in the moist stage, and reddish brown to pale yellow in the last stage of fruiting.
This date is considered one of the dry dates and the appearance of this fruit is elongated oval and its end is quite narrow and pointed.
It is produced in Fars, Bushehr and Khuzestan provinces.
